Belief is a state of mind that accepts something to be true and reliable even without proof.  This belief can be philosophical, ideological, religious or combination. Maybe we are not aware that belief-system is part of our daily life; we always apply it every day that can be beneficial to us or sometimes not.  This may be traditional or scientific. Why do we need to learn about this? Because, this will give us idea what belief is important and valuable that can nurture us in future and what is not that can be revise or completely removed to our system.

Beliefs are something we acquired in our childhood. This can be true or not, but as a child without knowledge from anything, we accept it without hesitation.  Imagination also affects our feeling to completely attach to the belief.  It will affect our mood and some decisions in life.

 

Some beliefs may continue until a young one grows old enough to understand questions that are kept in our mind. This questioning and seeking answers was influence by your society.  Education will fully open our mind in questioning about the fact of our belief.  Nature will also contribute to answers in some belief.  This will help us, what to apply and what is not. In order to do this, we must be open-minded and motivated by our will. Willpower is attainable, by having fully conscious mind.  You must have open to any changes to your life for obtaining maturity.

We cannot rely on beliefs alone for all of our lives. Reprogramming beliefs is required to achieve DNA reprogramming of consciousness.

We must throw away some beliefs that are irrelevant to us. Store the valuable and useful one. We are like computer that contains hard drive, which holds to many software’s or beliefs in storage. In order to make it perform properly, we must clean it and remove some unwanted things stored in it. So we can install, download and store the right programming with new and useful things for future.

What is fear and what are its effects? Well, the dictionary definition of fear is an emotion that is a result of the belief that something or someone is a danger capable of causing pain or poses a threat. In the normal cases, the result of this type of fear is the reflex reaction to avoid the source of danger or threat. This type of fear is not a threat to a person because it can be overcome. There is the other type of fear that is more intimidating and threats the individual in question at a personal level; the fear that denies life soul. The threat of this type of fear is it will limit the person’s life and such the juice of life out.

What’s the way round this type of fear?

This type of fear can be healed. To do this, one has to first realize the situation through a personal awakening. The basis of fear is the mind, where negative thoughts cloud the mind as to cover every other aspect of possibility. One way towards healing fear, any type of fear, is to undergo spiritual healing. There is a more powerful being than humans and this being has everything under control. The belief that there is a higher power in control heals the mind by providing assurance.

Fear that is caused by thoughts clouding the mind could be defined loosely as fear of the unknown. The thoughts that cloud the mind are mainly from unsubstantiated sources that are from negative expectations or from third party sources. To deal with these sources of fear, ascending to the 5th dimension is a solution. To do this requires simple dive into the positive expectations dimension. The 5th dimension requires you overlook the negative sources of fear and concentrating on the positives. However, ascending to the 5th dimension should not be taken as an excuse for ignorance. Some of the sources of the fear-driving thoughts are real risks, and the 5th dimension in this case should be employed resourcefully as cause you not to be stagnated by the fear, but take initiative to cover the risks.

The steering wheel against fear lies with consciousness. By transcending to a new consciousness is away to healing fear. By the way, what is the difference between those who have made it in life and those who struggle with daily living? The difference is in the consciousness. According to psychological studies, consciousness is the operating system and if the one you are operating on is deficient as to perceive life with negativity, then you need to upgrade or fully reboot to a new consciousness.

It is indeed true that all communication is born out of silence and leads back to the same silence it sprung from in the start. It is also correct that when the mind ultimately comprehends something, it resolves in silence.

Only in silence, do we comprehend and feel the authentic vibration of creation, get to listen to the sounding source, eternity’s whisper. Within the borders of silence, do we get to discover our genuine common nature- that we are all an expression of a divine being or power behind the universe. This power manifests in the human body, mind and heart.

On the contrary, it is within silence that we realize the energy and the core pulsation of creation such as the hum and the pulse f the universe. The Yogis refer to it as the nada- the breath of God.

Consequently, we live in a wilderness of noise given that noise is more than just sound. Noise has to do with the constant bombardment of stimulants to ours senses intellect as well as our emotions. The effect of all such noise is that it becomes an impediment our inner composure and peace and most important, to our social interactions as human beings.

Based on some other reasons, most of us have been engulfed with the fear of silence or have lost total familiarity with the wonders that emerge out of silence. Even still, silence is essential to our spiritual and physical wellbeing as humans. However, authentic silence is never empty. In silence, we get in touch with peace, insight, wisdom and understanding. It is through silence that we get to know and deeply understand our own hearts and nature.

Have you experienced an instance where you desire for something and after a period of time, somehow you happen to have exactly what you desired? Well, it is not just miracle, there is an explanation to it and you can use it more powerfully to achieve more.

The miracle behind the above scenario is known as the law of attraction. The law of attraction is loosely described as thinking about something, or simply meditating about something, and through meditation, you attract it to yourself. The power of visualization and the law of attraction are clearly depicted under the name of prayer among the believer – Muslims and Christians. The teaching among these two groups is that, if you need something that does not seem to be forthcoming, then you have to pray daily and be persistent about it. Call it pray or hope – it is the power of visualization and the law of attraction.

What entrails the Law of Attraction

The first guide to using the power of spiritual healing and the law of attraction is visualization. Yes, basic thinking. The difference between visualization for the law of attraction and basic thinking it that, in visualization, you have to live the thought. How do I do this? It is simple and easy, for each day, you need to take some time and visualize your desire. If you need a car, visualize yourself driving your car, parking it in your compound, standing by it with one hand placed on it, etc. learn to drive your car visually and practically. For example, if you are driving round a bend, try to visualize the right speed and how you need to negotiate the bend. Does it make sense? Hope it does.

In using visualization, the frequency of the visuals has an impact in attracting the reality. Talking time to visualize on a daily basis is a good strategy. However, in this strategy lies the greatest barrier to the law of attraction visualization; doubt. If you spend more time visualizing, it is highly probable that the doubt might set in. therefore, it is advisable to spend about 30 seconds per day visualizing,  when doing so, close your eyes and if possible in a quiet and comfy place to minimize disturbances.

Nevertheless, doubts might kick in especially if the conditions surrounding the situation are practically impossible. Don’t worry, you can fight these doubts by picking on favorable signs even if it is using example of others who have been in dare conditions but still made it.

Ultimately, to use the power of visualization and the law of attraction to your advantage, all you need is being positive and having a mindset of success. Visualization and the law of attraction is like casting into the outer space, the visualization are the line and positivity and a mindset of success is the bait to attract the realization of your desire therefore, the bigger your positivity and success-mindset, the more visible you are to your reality. Use it to your advantage!

We have become strangers to our own thoughts, emotions, and feelings.  For most of us, we either identify ourselves with these inner energies, we judge them, or we avoid them.   Some people feel guilty for how they feel or think and carry the shame with them all their lives, while others fear connecting with their inner world, and they engage in addictive behaviors or violence.  We all want to be happy, and we all want to avoid pain; all our beliefs and behaviors are oriented to toward this outcome.

Everything we have ever experienced, or will ever experience, is a creation of our own consciousness.  It is consciousness that breaths through all phenomena.  Our thoughts, our emotions, our feelings, our perceptions, and our physical body itself are the manifestations of consciousness. In this respect, there is no distinction between us and the universe itself. We are in the universe and the universe is within us. It is like a drop of water from the ocean; the drop is contained in the ocean and yet the ocean is contained in the drop.

Perhaps you have a fear of loneliness during the holidays as many often do. You have several things at your disposal; join a community group, join a meet-up group, keep your mind focused on replacing that fear with action. The lethality of loneliness can be disparaging to our bodies and minds. Protect yourself from holiday stress by increasing your focus—do all the things that occupy your heart and mind and set the fear aside.

The fear of being alone, especially during the holiday season, affects many people; you are not alone. No matter how brave you may seem to be in other situations, this fear is a harmful emotion and, although it may sound elementary, sit quietly and resolve to let go of that fear. That will help you work through other feelings you may experience in the future. Treat them likewise.

Let go of all fear. Fear creates limitation, to face your fear is to permit yourself to be helpless and put down the shields you have used to secure yourself. All shields are a representation of a faith in peril and in this way lead you to the exact risk you need them to ensure you from.

All that blocks you in your life is the sign of your fear. The disclosure of flexibility is acknowledgement that the main force that is pushing against you is you. To stop judging and controlling your own being is to discharge the battle and enter into a cheerful and smooth creation.

You are the decision of yourself. You rule your life. So open and follow your heart. Dispel all fear and allow all the joy that rightfully belongs to you to enter into your life.

As Franklin D. Roosevelt so aptly put it, “There is nothing to fear but fear itself”.

We have 7 major chakras that are energy centers located within our spiritual bodies. They are portals for the universal life force that moves our being.

Various events, especially those of a traumatic nature, can cause blockage to our chakras. This can have an adverse effect on us. Every experience we have such as a desire unfulfilled, every like, every dislike, creates an energy vortex. The vortex is then held together by your thoughts, “I don’t like this, I reject that, I want or don’t want this or that, I am scared of this or anxious about that”.

When our chakras get into that state then it is more than the proper time to balance our chakras. For example, if we are feeling our “first” chakra,  the root chakra, located at the base of the spine. When we proceed to balance our chakras there are many factors to take into consideration. We can balance a chakra by using color, for example. The root chakra vibrates at the color red. Put more of the color red into your life—your clothing, accessories, anything  you are attracted to.

Balancing your chakras is very important as it allows the Life Force to flow through you. Interestingly enough, chakras are also fueled by the food that you eat. If a chakra is out of balance, you may want to examine if you are eating or not eating the proper foods that affect it. You may also want to look at your physical activity. Are you walking, running, dancing, exercising enough?  This contributes to your chakra balancing as well.

A very calming, soothing, and effective means of aligning your chakras is by giving yourself a chakra bath. You may want to put some colored candles around your bathing area, the colors corresponding to the chakras.

Gemstones and crystals are wonderful for chakra balancing because each chakra has a definite vibration which can be paired up with its corresponding stone. You may wish to wear the appropriate color of gemstone or crystal on the chakra needing balancing. For example, if needing balance with your heart chakra you could wear a jade necklace near the heart area.

You can also use the power of visualization to effectively balance your chakras. Visualize their vibrant colors; see them colorfully spinning, see yourself in a happy state. As you do this you are creating balance. Additionally you can use affirmations. Choose one that is relevant to each and every chakra and repeat your affirmations.

Any physical, mental, or emotional situations that we may encounter can and do affect our chakra energies. Nature is always seeking balance and these experiences create imbalances which, in turn, create disharmony within ourselves.  If you balance your chakras, you will see the energy in your life begin to change—to the better, of course. Follow the basic examples cited here for balancing your chakras and you will find that in doing so you will balance your inner spirit.  A more harmonious life to you.
