Following the Quantum discoveries, we have to rethink how the universe works. For instance, matter itself, meaning the tangible and visible, doesn’t even exist the way we thought. All in our planet vibrates in different frequencies.  Our bodies are not only made by atoms, but by ever changing fields of energy. 

·         This realization may change who you believe you are.  It’s not me…it’s not you… it’s the energy we bring with us.

·         We can exist in two different forms, like visible and tangible particles or matter and also like invisible waves, either way the energy is there. 

·         A quantum particle can exist in multiple places at the same time; through energy this particle is always connected. There is a “higher intelligence” holding the particles together. 

·         The concept of time: past, present, and future is over; quantum particles of matter or energy waves can communicate with themselves at different points in time. That is how we received empirical memory, and now we have ancestral memory as well.

Love versus Ego

The conscious mind “control freak”, will always try to defend itself. Many times we think that love means control!   No, It’s our EGO that struggles to maintain its domination patterns.

This process overrules the HEART, which closes up in despair until there is unity and harmony.  Such is the battleground of competing values where we are regularly immersed.

 It’s only by communicating with a higher power, through MEDITATION or inner contemplation, that the EGO will “relax” bringing images of comfort and reassurance, whispering guidance to the human heart, mind and body. 

The consciousness of human evolution is a matter of the HEART.  However, it’s not this way for everyone; many people have deep seated issues involving their EGO, like for instance: anger, guilt, shame, resentment, and more; and are unable to “relax” and surrender to their spiritual path.

If you sense that your HEART is closed right now, you can reopen it by simply asking:” Who is running my life, my EGO or my HEART?” If the answer is your EGO find the motivations and recycle them.   EGO detachment is a must practice.

If you believe in nothing else, just believe in LOVE. This magical procedure will open your HEART chakra. Immediately after, your inner spirit will call you to a richer and more meaningful life, and it will be everything you ever dreamed for and hoped for.

Keeping your HEART open is a lifelong surrender to the loving higher self and self-healing. Opening your chakras is the most effective entry to meditation, ascension and higher dimension. This is the quantum state of consciousness.

This inner reconciliation creates peace, compassion and spiritual light that touch people sending frequencies of LOVE through the cosmos.

Mother Earth our Great Healer

A hundred years ago, most people lived off the land they were farming. No one had the need for

treadmills, exercise gyms, endless variety of diets and the like to stay in shape.  Everyone got their daily aerobic need at work. 

The farmers, as well the housewife’s job, were one daily big exercise program, without need of a personal trainer. Nowadays, we create and recreate plans to spend time outdoors.  Sadly, modern life keeps us removed from

 Mother Earth healing properties. 

 We let our vitality be choked out of us with our jobs, cars, computers, cell phones, Ipods, televisions, diminishing time spent in nature, unable to imagine life without these devices. 

The present degree of separation between human beings Mother Earth is extraordinary. The chemical that feeds the plants and trees is virtually the same as the chemical that feeds our cells.

The plants inside your home exist like we do, in need of the water which Mother Earth provides. Likewise, we do not exist apart of our natural environment and in this oneness  our healing and nurturing mother is Earth. 

When we lose contact with fresh air, clean water, green earth, and sunshine we become ill.  The lack of nature in our lives brings down our immune system.  Depression, stress, social phobias… all manner of disorders and diseases are waiting for us. 

Do you allow yourself time to notice the elements of nature that are available, such as blue sky, grey clouds, the blossom trees of spring?…when you come into harmony with the natural world  you also come into alignment and healing harmony with yourself.  

Let us not lose sight of the healing properties that Mother Earth provides for us. They are all around us, visually, and even internally when we partake in consuming healing herbs, drinking spring water, and all that the Earth abundantly offers to us.

Energy Healing is in the Air

Energy Healing is done on the Electromagnetic Field of the being; this concerns the AIR element,

the Nervous system, and the Adrenal Glands of the physical body.  The brain, spine and nerves are body regulators of an electromagnetic nature. Each body cell is a carrier of its own electrical frequency. This brings to reality the fact that the human body is an electrical multidimensional field. At this very moment that you are reading this article, oxygen is dissolving in the bloodstream, being taken to cells to provide energy, and carbon dioxide is being exhaled. 

We can’t hold onto the Air element any more than we can hold onto any of the others.( Water, Fire and Earth) In fact, we can only live by letting go, never by holding on. To hold on is to die. Never get attached to anything, just let it go! Clear your mind of unwanted thoughts.

And so, we reflect that the Air element, like the other 3 physical elements

of our body, is not me, it’s not you, it’s just vibration. 

Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Ayurveda and Energy Healing are disciplines based on the communion of body, mind and spirit, each one interacting with the other; they aim to restore the AIR element on the physical body. 

Western medicine holds to the principle that all diseases are concentrating in our physical body and it’s fundamentally a series of chemical processes; this approach overlooks symptoms which are cured with medications bringing several sides effects, extremely harmful in the long term. As a matter of a fact, our physical existence cannot be purely matter. 

The real cause of illness comes from the accumulation of negative experiences in this life or during several past lives. This imbalance can only be healed by Holistic Healing with a greater awareness of the memory brought by the element Air to our existence. 

When breathing you will feel less attached to your physical form, and your sense of identification will be expanded outwards– your solid matter (physical body) is now “out there” in the form of clouds, oceans, forests, and soil. In a way, those things are you. And because this very body is made of these same things, you are them. Having this sense of connectedness is empowering. You are no longer separate; you are a cosmic part of the vast cycle of the elements. 

Besides, do you know that your computer and cell phone brings the memory of the microchip in the Air? Do you begin to see the interconnectedness that occurs within ourselves and everything around us?
